Step 1: Join PayPal or log into your existing PayPal account at www.PayPal.com

Step 2: Once logged in, click on the "Send Money" tab at the top of the page (as seen below).


Step 3: Enter paypal@signupdcmember.com into the "To" field, then enter 12 or 14 into the "Amount" field, then select "Services/Other" from the last field and click "Continue".


Step 4: Confirm the payment by clicking "Send Money" on the following page.

Step 5: Wait for your login details email to be sent to your paypal email address.
